Nani starrer 'Saripodhaa Sanivaaram', released on August 29th, has quickly become a hit among fans, captivating fans with its powerful and intense performance. The film, directed by
Vivek Athreya, features Nani, SJ Suryah, and Priyanka Arul Mohan in the lead roles.
An interesting story emerged recently about one of the film's most memorable lines, "Potharu Motham Potharu," which became a significant part of the film's promotional campaign.
According to a report by 123Telugu director Vivek Athreya recently shared that this impactful dialogue was not originally part of the script. During the shoot, Nani suggested adding it to increase the intensity of a particular scene. Trusting Nani’s instinct, Athreya incorporated the line, which turned out to be a crowd favourite.
This collaboration marks the second time Nani and Vivek Athreya have worked together, following the success of their 2022 film, 'Ante Sundaraniki' and the collaboration seems to not let the fans down.
As a pan-Indian release, the movie has resonated widely, continuing to perform strongly at the box office with an impressive Rs 36.75 crore collected in just five days.
The film’s plot revolves around Nani’s character, Surya, a man who channels his anger into becoming a vigilante every Saturday. He takes on a corrupt police inspector, leading to intense clashes.
