'DQ41': Pooja Hegde stars opposite Dulquer Salmaan in the upcoming romance drama - Watch

Pooja Hegde after her recent outings in Hindi and Tamil cinema, is gearing up to star in the upcoming Dulquer Salmaan starrer tentatively titled 'DQ41'. The movie is helmed by debutante director Ravi Nelakuditi and the makers have officially welcomed the female lead on board.Announcing her involvement in the film, the makers shared some behind-the-scenes moments from the sets. Pooja is seen donning a peach salwar kurti with floral designs. Her face is revealed as she looks behind and seems to be sitting in a classroom reading a book and gives a smile. The next shoot shows her riding a scooter with Dulquer sitting behind in a green shirt and black pants. The videos also include some cheering and endearing BTS from the sets where the leads are seen watching the monitor along with the team, casually chatting and having fun at the set. The video follows soothing music in the background.Sharing a 47-second clip on social media, the production house shared, "The gorgeous @hegdepooja will add her charm to #DQ41. The music of the film is composed by GV Prakash.It has been a long time since fans have seen Pooja Hegde in a Telugu film, last seen in Prabhas starrer 'Radhe Shyam' and since hasn't done any movie in Tollywood since 2022. She was last seen in Shahid Kapoor starrer 'Deva' and also made a special appearance in 'Coolie' song 'Monica' which became an instant hit.Speaking of her upcoming projects, Pooja Hegde will be next seen in Vijay's 'Jana Nayagan' scheduled to release during the Sankranti season. She is also busy with her Bollywood romance comedy project, titled 'Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai', co-starring with Varun Dhawan and Mrunal Thakur in the David Dhawan directorial.
