At a Cineworld theatre in the UK, a screening of
Pawan Kalyan's new film 'Hari Hara Veera Mallu' was interrupted after fans began throwing confetti, causing a lot of disturbance which prompted the theatre to stop the screening. A video of the incident has gone viral online, with many people criticising the fans' misbehaviour.
The video shows theatre staff pausing the movie and trying to control the situation as the floor was covered in confetti, making it hard to continue screening the film. Some fans didn’t seem sorry and even argued that there were no signs asking them not litter the theatre with confetti.
Social media users react
Social media users supported the theatre staff and expressed their disappointment with the fans. Comments like "Make them clean it" and "Good on the staff, absolutely outrageous" were common. Some users also suggested that cinemas should clearly mention the rules at the entrance to avoid such issues.
