Hyderabad cops arrest Tollywood actress Madhavi Latha

Hyderabad police on Wednesday morning arrested Tollywood actress, Madhavi Latha, who was holding a silent protest in front of the Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce at Film Nagar. The cops let her go later.
Confirming the arrest of the actress, Banjara Hills, Sector-one, SI, G Bharath Bhushan Chary said, “We have arrested the actress today around 10:30 am, along with five men who were also part of the silent protest in front of the Film Chamber.Later we released her.”
The actress decided to stage a protest against Tollywood actress Sri Reddy’s controversial comments on Power Star, Pawan Kalyan. Earlier, Sri Reddy reacted strongly to the actor’s suggestion to approach the cops instead of sensationalising the issue of casting couch in Tollywood industry.
She also criticised the star-turned politician for letting his “mob of fans” loose on hapless women.
