''Vakeel Saab'' actress Anjali on Thursday released a note on her social media, saying that rumours are being spread that she has been tested positive for COVID-19 and is in-home quarantine now. She further clarified that nothing is wrong with her, adding that she is absolutely fine.
''All my well-wishers, my friends and beloved fans, I am happy to inform you I have not tested positive for COVID.It came to my notice that some news articles and websites reported that I tested positive which is completely false. I am safe and healthy and doing absolutely well. Stay safe and take care,'' the beautiful actress wrote.

Earlier, Nivetha Thomas, who plays a crucial role in Vakeel Saab, has been tested positive for the novel coronavirus, and she is in home quarantine now. Talking about Vakeel Saab, the Pawan Kalyan starrer is all set to hit the screens on April 9. The courtroom drama is directed by Venu Sriram and produced by Dil Raju. Apart from this film, Anjali will be next seen in Karri Balaji’s Anandha Bhairavi. She has also a Tamil, a Malayalam and a Kannada film in her kitty.
