Karthi-starrer Chinna Babu gets a release date

The makers of upcoming Karthi-starrer 'Chinna Babu' have locked both its audio and theatrical release dates on June 23rd and July 13th respectively. Chinna Babu, titled as 'Kadai Kutty Singam' in Tamil, is an intense family drama that takes place in the backdrop of rural area. Karthi plays the role of a farmer in the film that covers the issues of the farmers in the countryside.
Featuring Karthi and Sayyeshaa in the lead roles, 'Chinna Babu' is written and directed by National Award-winning director Pandiraj. The film is bankrolled by none other than Karthi’s brother, actor Suriya under his banner 2D Entertainments in association with Miryala Ravinder Reddy. D Imman is the music composer of the film and R Velraj is the cinematographer. The teaser of the movie, which was released by Suriya recently on social media, has received good response in both the Telugu speaking states.
