Karthika Nair celebrates her 27th birthday

South Indian actress Karthika Nair, daughter of yesteryear popular actress Radha, celebrates her 27th birthday on June 27. The Rangam actress who is three movies old in Tollywood has an immense fan following. The fans of the dusky-beauty star are wishing their favourite actress on Twitter leading the hashtag #HappyBDayKarthikaNair to trend.
Karthika who prefers to celebrate her birthday has signed her next film in Tamil titled Vaa Deal, where she is paired opposite Arun Vijay.Her devoted fans are posting adorable birthday messages on social media.
The beauty from Mumbai made her screen debut with Josh (2009) got her instant recognition. Though the film received mixed reviews, her performance as Vidya, an elementary school teacher desperate to attend college was received well. She received the Santosham Film Award for Best Debut Actress.
Two years later, Karthika landed her first Tamil film, Ko (Rangam), a critical and commercial success. However, she could not taste the same success with her remaining movies. Karthika had successful small and big screen debuts, but she is yet to cement her place in the industry. Her fans feel their favourite actress has not got her due and rightly so. The talented actress is the director of UDS group.
