It was a very different role, and I had to completely immerse myself in the character. At one point, I was so deeply involved in the role that I almost lost myself in the character.”She shared how much effort and emotion she gave to the performance. Many people felt she did not simply act as Savitri but truly lived the role on screen. That natural performance is one big reason why the movie still feels fresh and emotional even after many years.For the unversed, ‘Mahanati’ became a turning point in Keerthy Suresh’s career.
