Love Story is the result of two years of hard work: Producers
By Friday evening, producers Narayan Das K Narang, Sunil Narang and Puskar Ram Mohan Rao were busy celebrating the good openings of Love Story with Sekhar Kammula, Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi. Dhol and crackers were in store for the cast and crew as the producers celebrated a two-year-long journey coming to fruition. After crossing numerous hurdles due to the pandemic, they now feel vindicated.

“Our film’s unit has seen two lockdowns, delayed production and release, slashed ticket prices and 50% occupancy in AP,” says producer Sunil Narang, adding, “We remained patient through it all and now we have such good openings, it seems like all the hard work has paid off. Sekhar Kammula and the entire cast and crew of the film deserve credit for this success. It feels great to see families head to the theatre again to watch our film.”
Produced by Narayan Das K Narang, Sunil Narang and Puskar Ram Mohan Rao under Sree Venkateswara Cinemas, Love Story is running in theatres. Ram Mohan Rao states that while they expected a good response, the openings that the film witnessed have been overwhelming. “I expected 70% occupancy but I’m elated to see full occupancies wherever the film released. Despite getting good offers from OTT platforms we were clear this film is meant for a theatrical release. I should thank not just the audience but everyone from the film industry who prayed for the film’s success. To get support from Chiranjeevi and Aamir Khan was a big boost for us,” he says.
