Naureen and Azharuddin shared a beautiful love story: Prachi Desai

Actress Prachi Desai can hardly contain her excitement about playing a ���true blue Hyderabadi��� in the upcoming Mohammad Azharuddin biopic, Azhar. She plays the controversial cricketer���s first wife, Naureen. ���This is my first biopic. The world might have witnessed Azharuddin���s journey, both on field and off it, but his first wife Naureen, pretty much always lived in the shadows.Not many are aware of her at all, she is such a mystery. There is so much that I wanted to find out about her, there are so many theories that exist. I am also trying to work out Naureen in my head with my own interpretations of her,��� she tells us.
The actress, however, remains tight-lipped when asked if she has met Naureen already or is yet to meet her. She just drops a few subtle hints here and there. ���If I have met Naureen or not, you will get to know later. For now, all I can tell you is that Naureen and Azhar shared a beautiful love story, it was all about young love, you know. I see Naureen as a beautiful woman, Azhar���s pillar of strength, someone the crickconfided in. My director has helped me with all the information I needed to create Naureen���s image in my head. Also, through Azhar I found out loads of details,��� she shares.
Prachi also fell in love with Hyderabad while shooting for the film. ���Gosh, I was completely bowled over by the ol��� world charm of this city. I am taking back so many lovely memories from my stay in Hyderabad. We shot in a place overlooking the Charminar, and the view was stunning. The Golconda Fort, the friendly people I met, the picturesque private bungalow that we shot in, all of it will be etched in my memory for a really long time. I got the opportunity to completely soak in the charm of this lovely city.���
