Notice issued to producer Bandla Ganesh

Dharma Charan Tulasi, a financier has filed a case on Bandla Ganesh a few days back, alleging that the producer has duped him regarding the distribution rights of Pawan Kalyan's Gabbar Singh. Dharma said that Ganesh has taken an amount of Rs.80 lakhs from him, promising the distribution rights for the Andhra area but he failed to keep his promise.
The Banjara Hills police have issued notices to producer Bandla Ganesh in this connection on Wednesday and asked him to appear before them in a cheating case registered against him.
