‘NTR’: First schedule of Nandamuri Balakrishna starrer wrapped up

One of the most awaited biopics which will see Nandamuri Balakrishna and Krish Jagarlamudi together for the second time, ‘NTR’ has wrapped up its first schedule. While the actor-cum-politician plays his father Sr NTR, Bollywood actress Vidya Balan plays his wife Basavatarakam in the film. In fact, the film will mark the Tollywood debut of Vidya Balan.

The film also stars Murali Sharma as Aluri Chakrapani, Rana Daggubati as N Chandrababu Naidu, and many other Tollywood stars in pivotal roles. Meanwhile, Kaikala Satyanarayana is playing HM Reddy, who was known for delivering big hits such as ‘Bhakta Prahlada’ (1932), ‘Nirdoshi’ (1951), ‘Gharana Donga’ (1942) and many more. On the occasion of Kaikala Satyanarayana’s birthday, the team has unveiled a poster of his character in the film.

Produced by Nandamuri Balakrishna, Sai Korrapati and Vishnu Induri, ‘NTR’ is expected to release on the occasion of Pongal 2019.
