‘Orey Bujjiga’ writer Nandyala Ravi battling COVID: Comedian Saptagiri comes to aid

Nandyala Ravi made his directorial debut with ‘Lakshmi Raave Maa Intiki’ in 2014. After a long gap, he returned to Telugu cinema as a writer for ‘Orey Bujjiga’ and worked for the recently released ‘Power Play’. According to reports, Ravi has recently contracted COVID-19 and is currently undergoing treatment at a private hospital. While Chiranjeevi's trust helped him out by arranging blood, the technician is gradually recovering from the deadly virus.
However, sources claim that the hospital bill went up to Rs 7 lakh and the family members of Nandyala Ravi are struggling to arrange the money. Amid this situation, popular comedian Saptagiri came forward and donated Rs 1 lakh from his side. Besides the actor, friends and relatives are trying to chip in some money to pay the total bill.

Meanwhile, several netizens expressed their disappointment over the lack of financial help to Nandyala Ravi from top heroes in the Telugu film fraternity.
Recently seen in Alludu Adhurs and Sreekaram, Saptagiri has projects like Idhe Maa Katha and Ek Mini Katha in the pipeline.
