The other day, Indian Space Research Organisation (
ISRO) marked yet another proud moment in history as they successfully launched India's moon mission ‘Chandrayaan 2’ from the
Satish Dhawan Space Centre at Sriharikota in Andhra Pradesh. Seeking to explore the uncharted lunar South Pole by landing a rover, Chandrayaan-2 was launched onboard its most powerful GSLV-Mk0III-M1 rocket dubbed as ‘Baahubali’.
This is India’s second mission to the moon after Chandrayaan-1, which was launched almost ten years ago.
As the entire country basked in the glory of this proud moment, Indian Twitterati took to social media to praise the space organisation’s efforts. While many netizens called it a proud moment, others relived earlier space missions that were conducted by India through vintage pictures. However, Assam Police proved their speciality by blending Chandrayaan-2 with
Prabhas and
Baahubali 2 posters.
Sharing their captivating creation on social media, they wrote “With 'Bahubali' taking #Chandrayaan2 on a journey to the Moon, you have authored a new chapter in the history of Space Exploration. Not just India, but Mankind & even Moonkind feel proud and elated today.”
