After Pawan Kalyan, Ram Charan and Chiranjeevi, Rebel Star Prabhas is the latest Telugu actor to donate a massive sum of Rs 1 crore to the CM Relief Funds of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana for combating the deadly coronavirus. The spree of contributions from the Telugu film fraternity kicked-off this morning with Powerstar Pawan Kalyan donating a big amount of Rs 2 crore to the Central and both the state governments. While Ram Charan followed his uncle by announcing a whopping Rs 70 lakh contribution, Mahesh Babu and Chiranjeevi continued with Rs 1 crore each.
Despite the outbreak of coronavirus, the team of Prabhas20 flew down to Georgia in the first week of March and shot some crucial scenes in extreme weather conditions. However, after filming for a few days in Tbilisi, the makers decided to halt the shoot for the safety of the cast and crew and returned to India. Upon returning from the European country, Prabhas and Pooja Hegde have decided to self-quarantine for two weeks.
Touted to be a period drama, the untitled film is set against the backdrop of Paris in the 1920s and Prabhas will reportedly be seen as a fortune-teller. While Pooja Hegde is playing the love interest to Prabhas, Bollywood actress Bhagyashree will be seen as his mother.
