Rebel Star Prabhas has multiple projects at hand. Two of them include cop action drama ‘Spirit’ and the sequel to the sci-fi mythological drama ‘Kalki 2898 AD: Part 2’. Now, it looks like February 2026 will be very busy for the actor. If the latest reports are to be believed, the ‘Baahubali’ actor is getting ready to work on both films at the same time. It will be an action-filled month for him, with long shoot days and tight schedules.
‘Kalki 2’ shooting to begin soon
As per a report by Deccan Chronicle, Prabhas is set to return as he begins work on ‘Kalki 2’. The sequel to ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ will start its main shooting in February 2026. Nag Ashwin will once again direct the film. The first part was a big success and fans are excited to see what happens next. The team is planning to move fast with the shoot so the film can reach the next stage smoothly.

Following Bollywood star Deepika Padukone’s exit from the sequel, fans have been curious about the new female lead. There is no official confirmation yet. However, recent reports suggest that
Sai Pallavi might join the film. She is being considered to replace Padukone in the sequel.
About ‘Spirit’
At the same time, Prabhas will also rejoin the sets of ‘Spirit’. The film is directed by
Sandeep Reddy Vanga. Regular shooting for ‘Spirit’ started late last year. Prabhas is now expected to shoot his remaining portions soon. The film also stars ‘Animal’ fame
Tripti Dimri as the female lead. The movie is expected to be intense and full of action. Interestingly, ‘Spirit’ was earlier planned with Deepika Padukone, but was then replaced by Tripti Dimri. Vivek Oberoi and Prakash Raj are also part of the film and will be seen in important roles.
‘Spirit’ is set to release worldwide on March 5, 2027.
