Pulwama terror attack: Tollywood stars urge citizens to contribute towards Army welfare fund

After the horrific terror attack in Pulwama, in which more than 40 CRPF personnel were killed, people across the country have rallied behind the families of the martyred soldiers. And leading the way are our celebrities from the Telugu film industry.
The Film Nagar Cultural Center conveyed its condolences on the demise of the soldiers and donated a sum of Rs 5 lakh towards the army welfare fund on Saturday.

Actor Sushanth, who donated an undisclosed amount to the families of the soldiers shared a copy of the donation certificate on his microblog and urged his fans to do their bit and wrote, "Nothing we do will ever be enough to thank and pay homage to our jawaans... But let’s try to do our little bit in whichever way we can ," (sic).

Earlier, actor Vijay Deverakonda also donated an undisclosed amount to the Army welfare fund and requested his followers to do the same.
