Ram & Samantha miffed?

The 17th International Children���������s Film Festival began with a bang in the city on Monday, but it certainly wasn���������t a memorable evening for actors Ram and Samantha.
While Nagarjuna���������s late entry drew a thunderous applause from the crowd, people didn���������t quite notice Ram and Samantha who were on time and also seated in the front row!
Well, that���������s because they weren't introduced or even welcomed till almost halfway through the event.The anchor for the evening, Dia Mirza, wasted no time in welcoming Nag as soon as he came. The flamboyant star, who was seated next to Nandita Das, waved back to the cheering crowd.
Veteran filmmaker D Ramanaidu, who was also present at the event, was welcomed and introduced to the audience. But Ram and Sam���������well, there was no mention of them. And considering Ramanaidu, Nag, Ram and Sam were among the few prominent names from Tollywood at the event Ram and Sam certainly did not expect their names to be missed. So, as the lights dimmed in the auditorium for the stage to be set for a performance, Ram and Sam made a quiet exit. Sam walked in front, and Ram followed.
A few minutes later, when the lights were switched on, Dia, who probably was alerted about her faux pas, walked on to the stage to announce, ���������We have amongst us actors Ram and Samantha, so please put your hands together for them. Ram and Samantha, could you please stand up...��������� But the introduction came a little too late. Amidst whispers of ���������They just left���������, the event carried on.
Sometime later, the two were seen walking back to their seats and this time there was no delay in the introductions. They were immediately greeted with a ���������We have Ram and Samantha back with us, so please welcome them.��������� Ram and Sam stood and waved. Pacified much?
