RGV's 'Lakshmi's NTR' finally releasing in Andhra Pradesh!

A month after its release in Telangana, Ram Gopal Varma and Agasthya Manju’s ‘Lakshmi’s NTR’ is all set to release in Andhra Pradesh on May 1.
Starring Yagna Shetty as Lakshmi Parvathy, P Vijay Kumar as NTR and Sritej as Chandrababu Naidu, the film narrates the love story of a politician with his biographer, the repercussions he faces for choosing to marry again and a political backstabbing like none other. Announcing the news on his social media, RGV wrote, “Finally #LakshmisNTR is now releasing on MAY 1ST in ANDHRA PRADESH..Come watch the conspiracies that happened behind NTR ‘s back.” (sic)

Promising to ‘expose the secrets of present CM of Andhra Pradesh’ and other conspiracies surrounding NTR, RGV and Agasthya’s film faced issues in the state in lieu of elections.The film was stalled in AP by a court order. The film had received lukewarm response upon its release in Telangana, it remains to be seen how it’ll fare in Andhra Pradesh.
