According to a Koimoi report, the 'Hi Nanna' actor shared that his first salary was Rs 4,000, which he received in 100-rupee notes. He vividly recalled the excitement of riding his bike home with the cash in his pocket, feeling a sense of wealth and accomplishment.
The report quotes,"As an assistant director my first salary was Rs 4000. It was given to me in 100 rupee notes, and I remember feeling them in my pocket as I rode my bike back home."
Nani humorously mentioned that at that moment, he felt so rich that he imagined he could buy half of Hyderabad.
Despite achieving significant financial success in his career since then, Nani admitted that no amount of money has ever matched the happiness he felt when he received that first paycheck. He fondly remembered how he and his friends would look forward to their Saturday trips to a local dhaba, a tradition that brought him immense joy throughout the week.
Before becoming a leading actor, Nani worked as an assistant director on various projects. His passion for cinema was evident from a young age, and he was inspired by filmmakers like Mani Ratnam. After making his acting debut in 2008 with 'Ashta Chamma,' Nani quickly became a household name, earning acclaim for his performances in films such as 'Jersey' and 'Hi Nanna.'

He was last seen in 'Saripodhaa Sanivaaram,' where he played a vigilante seeking justice, which was well-received at the box office.
Currently, Nani is busy with his upcoming film 'HIT: The Third Case,' directed by Sailesh Kolanu. This film is part of the HIT Universe and features Nani in a powerful role as a police officer.
