Vaisshnav Tej and Ketika Sharma’s film launched

Uppena actor Panja Vaisshnav Tej’s third film launched on Friday and his brother, actor Sai Dharam Tej, delivered the first shot.
Directed by Gireesaaya of Adithya Varma fame, the yet-to-be-titled film is a romantic entertainer that also stars Ketika Sharma in the lead role. The director had earlier worked with Arjun Reddy director Sandeep Reddy Vanga and is said to be a promising talent.Ketika, who is yet to make her debut with Romantic and Lakshya, looked happy to be on-board. Shooting for the film which is bankrolled by BVSN Prasad under SVCC Creations will begin soon. Further details of the cast and crew are yet to be announced.
Vaisshnav recently made a stellar debut with Buchi Babu Sana’s Uppena, which also starred Krithi Shetty and Vijay Sethupathi. He managed to impress the audience in the role of an innocent fisherman named Aasi, who falls in love with the daughter of a rich man from their village. While the film was appreciated for its unique story, his performance was also one of the highlights. He also shot for a film with director Krish after the lockdown, which sees Rakul Preet Singh as the female lead. The film’s title and release date are yet to be announced.
