''Vedalam'' Telugu remake: This actress approached to play Chiranjeevi's sister?

Actress Sai Pallavi has been approached for the makers of Chiranjeevi's upcoming film to be directed by Meher Ramesh. Gossip mills are abuzz that Sai Pallavi is considering the offer of the film and would soon sit for a film narration session.
Pawan Kalyan has recently confirmed that director Meher Ramesh and actor Chiranjeevi are teaming up for a forthcoming film, which is said to be the remake of the Ajith starrer Vedalam.As per the latest buzz, Sai Pallavi has been approached to play Chiranjeevi’s sister in the film. The role was originally played by actress Lakshmi Menon. The Chennai beauty was last seen in Padi Padi Leche Manasu as Vaishali Cherukuri opposite Sharwanand.
Chiranjeevi is currently working on Koratala Siva directorial Acharya. It won’t be wrong to say that Acharya is one of the most-awaited films of the next year. Fans have not been able to control their excitement ever since the first promo of Acharya was unveiled by the makers. Chiru has already caught the attention of viewers with his new look. Kajal Aggarwal has been roped in to play the leading lady. Ram Charan will be seen essaying a pivotal role. The film has been bankrolled by Konidela Production Company and Matinee Entertainments.
