Gopichand took to Twitter and revealed about the conversation he had with Rajinikanth when the latter called him to appreciate his making. He wrote, ''This is a surreal moment for me. The film also featured Shruti Haasan, Honey Rose, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Duniya Vijay, Lal, Naveen Chandra, P Ravi Shankar, Ajay Ghosh, Murali Sharma, Sachin Khedkar, Sapthagiri, Rajeev Kanakala and others in pivotal roles.
