Eggs are a food for people who want to build strong muscles. Eggs have a lot of protein, which's really good for your muscles. People think eggs are one of the foods for protein because of what is inside them. The choline in eggs is good for your brain. It helps you think clearly. The lutein and zeaxanthin in eggs are good, for your eyes. They help keep your eyes safe. Eggs are also a choice because they do not raise your blood sugar levels too much. This means that eggs can help you feel full and they are really versatile so you can eat eggs in a lot of ways.
