Sennheiser Momentum Sport TWS earbuds: Key specs and features

According to the company’s official website, these earbuds are equipped with a photoplethysmography (PPG) heart rate sensor and a body temperature sensor. These sensors can each output important data to popular fitness apps and devices.
Momentum Sport’s heart rate data can be retrieved using multiple popular sport devices and apps, including Apple Watch/Health, Garmin Watch/Connect, Strava, Peloton and more.
For the first time ever, users will be able to enjoy full access to Polar’s biosensing capabilities and data analytics in a non-Polar product. This includes body temperature measuring which offers real-time insights during training. Users will also be able to get deeper offline analysis via the Polar Flow app ecosystem.

To minimise footstep noise, breathing and other body-borne distractions, the earbuds feature an acoustic relief channel and semi-open design for natural environmental awareness.
The Momentum Sport earbuds also support an adjustable Transparency mode, Anti-wind mode and Adaptive Noise Cancelling (ANC) mode that will allow users to adapt to their surroundings.
For sweat and water resistance, the earbuds come with IP55 certification. To handle intense workout, the Momentum Sport also has a shock-proof chassis and clog-resistant ear tips.
The Qi-enabled charging case also comes with IP54 rating and can fully charge the earbuds for three times. This helps the earbuds to extend their playback time from up to 6 hours to 24 hours. The case also supports a quick charge feature that provides up to 45 minutes of playback after just 10 minutes of USB-C charging.
