AHSEC Result 2022 LIVE Updates: The results of the Assam Higher Secondary Final Year Examination 2022 were announced by the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council today. The AHSEC Class 12th results are now available on www.ahsec.assam.gov.in, www.resultsassam.nic.in and 14 other websites. Leaving out last year's inflated pass percentage of over 99 due to formula based evaluation amid Covid situation, the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) recorded its best results in the last 10 years in Science and Arts streams. While the success rate in Science touched 92.19 per cent this year, the corresponding figure in Arts was recorded to be 83.48 per cent. Candidates, who appeared for the examination, can check their results online or through the “Upolobdha” Android App. A total of 2.15 lakh candidates appeared in the Assam HS state boards this year from 796 examination centres. The highest 1.64 lakh candidates appeared for the Arts stream, followed by 34,401 for Science and 15,581 for Commerce. In the Vocational stream, 821 candidates appeared. Sadhana Devi of Kamrupa Girls' Senior Secondary School, Kamrup and Cherry Gohain of Womens College, Tinsukia are joint toppers in Arts. Both of them scored 487 aggregate marks out of 500.

Dhritiraj Bastav Kalita is the state topper in Science. A student of Deomornoi Higher Secondary School, Darrang, Dhritiraj scored 491 out of 500 marks.

Assam Class 12th Result 2022: 2.15 lakh candidates appeared
The exams were held in March-April this year with a total of 2.15 lakh candidates appearing for the Class 12th state boards from 796 examination centres. The highest of 1.64 lakh candidates appeared from the arts stream, followed by 34,401 from science and 15,581 from commerce. In the vocational stream, 821 candidates took the test.

AHSEC Result 2022: Re-checking of Answer Scripts
This is for information to all the appeared candidates of HS Final Examination, 2022, that the Application Forms will be received for Re-checking of Answer Scripts through online mode. Intending candidates may log on www.ahsec.nic.in or www.punarikshan.in for applying online. Requisite fee may be paid via either online (debit card / credit card/ netbanking / e-wallet/ cash card), e-challan or demand draft. Please note that, under no circumstances the last date will be extended.

Assam HS Result 2022: Dhritiraj Bastav Kalita tops state in Science
Dhritiraj Bastav Kalita is the state topper in Science. A student of Deomornoi Higher Secondary School, Darrang, Dhritiraj scored 491 out of 500 marks. Sadhana Devi of Kamrupa Girls' Senior Secondary School, Kamrup and Cherry Gohain of Women's College, Tinsukia are joint toppers in Arts. Both of them scored 487 aggregate marks out of 500.

Assam 12th Result 2022: Girls outshine boys again
Among the regular candidates, girls outshone the boys in all four streams. In Science, the girls pass percentage was 93.20 percent, whereas that of the boys stood at 90.65. In Commerce, the pass percentage of girls and boys were recorded to be 89.79 and 84.66 per cent respectively. The success rate of girls in Arts was 85.19 per cent against 81.44 per cent of the boys. Assam HS Result 2022: Best result in past 10 years
The Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) recorded its best results in the last 10 years in Science and Arts streams. While the success rate in Science touched 92.19 per cent this year, the corresponding figure in Arts was recorded to be 83.48 per cent. Last year the pass percentage was over 99 due to formula-based evaluation amid the Covid situation.

Assam HS Result 2022: e-mark sheets for students today
AHSEC secretary Pulak Patgiri told TOI that the results will be available in all the websites on time and the candidates will get the e-mark sheets there. “The marksheets and certificates will reach the respective educational institutions within a week from the declaration of the results,” said Patgiri. He added that like the previous years there will be an announcement of the names of the top-10 rank holders in the three streams of arts, science and commerce.

Assam 12th Result 2022: AHSEC issues statement on the result date
A statement released by AHSEC on Saturday stated that the results will be available on www.ahsec.assam.gov.in, www.resultsassam.nic.in and 14 other websites. The results will also be available on “Upolobdha” Android App. “The candidates who wish to get their answer scripts rechecked may visit www.ahsec.assam.gov.in for applying online from 01/07/2022 to 5 pm on 07/07/2022,” AHSEC said. The results of the Assam Higher Secondary Final Year Examination 2022 will be declared by the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) on June 27 at 9 am.

Assam 12th Result 2022: Photocopy of Answer scripts
The candidates who wish to get a photocopy of their Assam HS Final Examination 2022 Answer Scripts can also visit the official AHSEE website - www.ahsee.assam.gov.in - from July 9, 2022, to 5:00 pm on July 25, 2022, and place a request by paying the prescribed fee.

Assam HS Result 2022: Answer scripts rechecking
After the result declaration, if a student is not happy with his/her marks then he/she can get the answer Scripts rechecked. Such students would be required to visit the official AHSEE website - www.ahsee.assam.gov.in and apply online for rechecking from July 1, 022 to 5:00 PM on July 7, 2022.

Assam HS Result 2022: Passing criteria
Students need to secure at least 30 per cent marks in all the subjects to clear the Assam HS exam 2022. On June 7, the Assam Board or SEBA had declared the Class 10 final exam results 2022. The pass percentage for 10th class students this year was 56.49 per cent.
