Children should learn to be team players: Aamir Khan
BHOPAL: Bollywood actor Aamir Khan wants children to be caring, hardworking, passionate and focused.
"They should learn to be team players, learn how to cut their losses, set goals and strategize according to the situation," the Unicef ambassador for promoting nutrition for children told participants at the Round Square International Conference 2014 at The Sanskaar Valley School here on Monday.

Calling for an emphasis on sports in schools, the actor advised parents not to compare their children with anyone since every child is talented in some way. "Caring is the most important thing that comprises everything — love, compassion and forgiveness, among other things," he said.
Khan also said he was merely an entertainer, not a social activist. The actor answered many questions from students from Germany, China and Singapore (among other countries) on issues such as reservation, untouchability, inequality and female feticide.

Around 380 delegates — including students from 51 schools in 22 countries which are members of Round Square — took part in the conference.
