KANPUR: A designated court on friday adjourned to November 26 the hearing of the POTA cases against the controversial MLA Raja Bhaiya, his father and cousin.
The district Judge Suresh Chand Chaurasia, who is also the Judge of POTA court, fixed November 26 for further order in the case after the defence counsel sought adjournment saying that they were to procure copies of the Supreme Court, which had quashed the withdrawal of POTA charges against them...

..The Apex court had on Saturday quashed the order withdrawing POTA charges against Raja Bhaiya, his father Udai Pratap and cousin Akshay Pratap Singh (MP) and ordered that the cases to be transferred to neighbouring Madhya Pradesh.
Raja Bhaiya resigned from the Mulayam Singh Yadav ministry following the verdict. They also appealed for exemption from personal appearance.
