Footwears speak a lot about the person... and their tastes, of course! And keeping just that in mind, Crocs India came out with its new Spring Summer 2011 collection for men, women and children alike, which was unveiled amidst a lot of fanfare. Keeping up to its trend, the brand showcased a good variety of footwears for people of all age, with models and kids walking down the ramp in the new colourful spring summer collection.
The styles ranged from wedge, flat, clog, ballerina to flip flop.
The collection and the show was divided in rounds like:
Crocs Candy: translucent and colorful collection of ultra chic and profoundly comfy footwear;
Light on Your Feet: extremely lightweight sneakers with retro designs that offer whenever, wherever comfort;
Body and Sole: revolutionary series designed to offer advanced ergonomics and supreme comfort to every feet;
Duet: unique combination of fun and profound comfort that features fresh new styling and construction techniques of the Crocs’ iconic styles.
The unveiling saw the who’s who of Delhi turn up, right from renowned artist Niladri Paul, designers Pam Mehta, Preeti Ghai, Kapil & Monika, and Gagan Oberoi to name a few, who seemed to quite like the collection.
Meanwhile, talking about the event and the collection, Murli Desingh, MD Crocs India, remarked, “Since 2007 when Crocs footwear was first launched in India, Crocs has become a bonafide sensation that continues to refresh the market with innovative and appealing products, and has been getting a great response from consumers in India. With Spring Summer 2011 collection unveiled, we look forward to more Crocs fans around the country.”
