The Second Lady Usha Vance, the wife of Vice President JD Vance has made quite a splash during the 2025 Presidential Inaugural ceremony with her sartorial choices. From choosing Oscar de la Renta to Reem Acra and Gaurav Gupta, the former corporate lawyer is taking the fashion world by storm.
For the Inaugural ball, the newly installed Second Lady chose an evening gown from designer Reem Acra. On Monday night’s Commander-in-Chief Inaugural Ball, Usha Vance wore a strapless sapphire dégradé evening gown featuring intricate paillette embroidery and delicate Chantilly lace underlay. The shimmery gown which was a blend of timeless elegance and modern charm, added a sparkle to the evening. She went for a side-parted hairdo and accessorized the outfit with a pair of diamond earrings. Usha joined her husband JD Vance on the dance floor with the Trumps during the event.

Usha Vance has become one of the most talked about women in the fashion circle in recent days, thanks to her impeccable sartorial choices. She chose a custom Oscar de la Renta for the presidential inauguration parade, which was a masterclass on monochrome dressing. She wore a custom peony cashmere coat, paired with a tea-length dress, and a scarf wrap in the same hue. For footwear, Usha Vance chose knee-high mauve-colored suede boots. She kept her side-parted hair into a sleek bun and floral pearl-adorned earrings to complete the look.

Earlier, during the Saturday night’s Trump-Vance fundraiser, Usha Vance chose a custom Oscar de la Renta. She graced the event in a custom noir velvet gown featuring asymmetric floral accents. She went for a low bun and ditched the neckpiece to accentuate the sweetheart neckline.
