The countdown begins

The temperature soared as the finalists of the Pantaloons Femina Miss India South (PFMIS) 2011 were unveiled amidst a lot of fanfare at Hotel Novotel, Hyderabad.
Out of the many aspiring contestants who were a part of the Pantaloons Femina Miss India South 2011 Semi Final Round in Bangalore last week, 12 beauties made the cut. These girls come one step closer to living their dream of winning the crown.
The 12 finalists walked the ramp choreographed by Marc Robinson (Contestant and Fashion Director, Pantaloons Femina Miss India 2011).Speaking on the occasion, Marc said, “South India has been very promising in terms of finding good talent across fashion, entertainment and lifestyle. The 12 PFMI South 2011 finalists are an eclectic mix of beauty and brains. The next few days will be an experience of a lifetime for these girls as they will train with the best in the grooming, fashion and lifestyle business. I am sure they feel proud being a part of the Femina Miss India and aspire to be the next reigning beauty queens.”

All the aspiring finalists will continue their journey towards the crown through the rigorous yet life changing grooming and training period at Hotel Novotel, Hyderabad, carefully put together by the Femina Miss India expert panel comprising Marc Robinson — fashion director and contestant director, Mickey Mehta — India’s leading holistic health and fitness guru, Alecia Raut — ramp walk trainer, Rama Vaidyanathan — diction expert, Naini Setalvad — official nutritionist for PFMI South 2011, Jitu Savlani — fashion photographer, hair and make Up for contestants for the unveiling and Grand Finale by Bharat and Dorris.
The moment of truth for all contestants will occur on December 22, 2010 at the grand finale of the PFMI-South 2011 pageant which is being hosted at Hyderabad International Conventional Center.
