Chickpeas, commonly known as kabuli chana or chole, are a rich source of protein ad other essential nutrients. These are best enjoyed post soaking and boiling and are enjoyed across the world. From dishes like hummus to falafel, they all use chickpeas a key ingredient and Taste Atlas recently celebrated this legume by releasing the list of 90 Best Rated Dishes with Chickpeas. For the “90 Best Rated Dishes with Chickpeas” list until February 22, 2026, 955,813 ratings were recorded, of which 622,697 were recognized by the system as legitimate. Interestingly, in the list of 90, 10 are desi Indian dishes that are no less than flavour bomb. Read to find out.
