Chef Kunal Kapur-Style Instant Bun Dosa

If you are a dosa lover and passionate about making perfect dosa at home, then this piece of information is for you, but with a twist. Chef Kunal Kapur has shared this Instant Bun Dosa recipe, which actually looks like soft and gooey buns and makes for a healthy breakfast. Ingredients


1 cup sooji, 1/2 cup curd, salt to taste, 1 cup water, 1/2 tsp hing, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 green chili, 2 tsp chana dal, 2 tsp ginger, 1/4 cup onion, 4-6 curry leaves, 1 tbsp coriander leaves, 1 1/2 tsp baking soda, and oil for cooking

First of all, combine semolina and curd in a blender jar.

To this, add salt and water and blend into a smooth batter.

Transfer this to a bowl and mix well and add coriander leaves.

Prepare a tempering of oil, hing, mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chili, onion, ginger and chana dal.

Transfer this to the batter and also add baking soda to it. Mix well.

Heat a mini tadka pan, grease it with oil and pour a ladle of the batter. Cook it from both sides.
