The festival madness is over and now it's time to detox and shed those extra calories and toxins from the body that you gained during Holi indulgence. Begin your day at around 8 am with a cup of cinnamon tea, fenugreek water, lemon-honey water or methi seeds water on an empty stomach. Also, have 2 soaked walnuts and almonds along with it.
