For some it can be a problem, and just like how there are different ways of losing weight, one has to have the right mix of food and exercise to gain weight. Here go some tips for putting on weight fast.
1. Have protein-rich food: Protein helps to build muscle making the body more toned and strong while also increasing the weight.

The most common protein rich foods that you can find are : Milk, eggs, cheese, yoghurt, butter, lean meats, fish and poultry, beans, tofu, lentils, bread & pasta, nuts and seeds.
2. Add fruit juices: If you're interested in healthier calories, you can have fruit juices which is high in calories and can bulk you up.
3. Lift weights: Add weight lifting to your exercise routine as it helps if you want to gain weight. It is a great way to add muscle to your body.
4. Add oil and butter: Add more oil when cooking your favorite dishes, and it can be healthy if it is olive oil, or perhaps organic butter.
5. Drink more dairy products: Milk milkshakes and high-calorie smoothies are some of the delicious ways of adding calories.
