Mundada adds, “As Bollywood music is freestyle that has shades of everything like western, folk or jazz, it combines very well with the steps used in aerobics. Also, people who do not have a background in dance can identify with it easily. Hence, it becomes easier for them to follow the steps as they have already seen the actors dancing to them.” Aero-dance can also train one to be a performer and do stage shows. Theme shows of aero-dancing using props like bands, rings or plates are very popular.
