You don’t need to go anywhere and can simply get started at home saving a lot of your time,” says fitness expert Mickey Mehta.
The followers see many pluses for sure. Taksh Rawal, a fitness enthusiast says, “Not only can you do the workouts at home, you get motivated by looking at the models doing the routines with such ease. And of course, these lessons don’t cost you anything.”
What’s the authenticity?
City based fitness expert Sapna Vyas Patel gives a piece of advice. “You should research before following these videos and know their certifications. You also need to understand your own fitness levels. If you aren’t fit and lack stamina then there’s no point following these videos. Get your fitness levels checked before starting,” she says. Being realistic with your goals is yet another thing to keep in mind says fitness trainer
Ravi Rawal adding, “Check other similar videos as well to know what any one particular video instructs is right or not.”
What suits you
One of the major concerns for anybody before following these videos is whether the given workouts suits you or not. “The fitness trainer who does the workouts in the videos explains how will it affect your body and which specific area is the workout targeted for. Also they explain how and when these exercise can be done and what precautions should be taken if you go wrong,” says Kalpesh Vaghela who regularly follows these videos. “There are chances you might lose motivation as there isn’t anyone to motivate you personally. This is the time when you need to change the routine and opt for some other exercises. If you have been working out for long and know what suits you then you can also try combining aspects of varied workouts and make your own new workout,” adds Ravi.
Pointers to remember
Sapna adds, “Though you have been working out watching videos, it is necessary to see what videos are other fitness experts uploading as that will give you a clearer picture of your own workouts and will also teach you more as in how to tone your body better. Never ignore diet as 70% of achieving that sculpted body depends on what you eat.”
