Actor Kiran Janjani shares his fitness mantras.My exercise regime I go to gym religiously, but just don’t follow the trainers blindly. It’s very important for me to understand my body requirements. I have started enjoying spinning activity in my exercise agenda as it helps me burn out that extra fat.
My diet The most important thing in my diet is protein and I have also done a vast research on it. Fruits too play a vital role in my diet and I make sure to supplement it with carrot, orange, banana and apple.
My problem areas I cannot follow a diet chart which doesn’t support the whole meal system as I need my body and mind to function smoothly, so can’t push myself for strict diets.
My strengths Mental happiness is one of my biggest strength. I believe that one should be happy internally and then even when I shoot for long hours, the stress doesn’t reflect on my work and personal life.
My fitness role models Fav celeb body male: One name that I will shout out loud is
Salman Khan. He is so amazing when it comes to fitness. Despite a hectic and busy lifestyle, the actor manages not only to look great, but also stay fit. Fav celeb body female:
