​What is cholesterol in the human body?​

​Cholesterol is a lipid found in the human body which does not dissolve in water or blood. It itself is not bad for the body, however, too much cholesterol can lead to higher risk of coronary artery disease. Thus, maintaining one's diet plays a key role in the process.​

​​What are the normal blood sugar levels in the human body?​

​During the day, our sugar levels tend to be at the lowest, which is just before our meals. However, the healthy blood sugar level in a human body should be less than 100 milligrams per deciliter, if one does not have a meal for at least 8 hours.​
