Lifestyle changes Lionel Messi made to stay fit

In 2013, Lionel Messi adopted several changes to lifestyle.

He had stopped having pizza and red meat at that time, as per reports.

Nutritionist Giuliano Poser has been customizing Messi's diet since then.

Alcohol and fizzy soft drinks were also off his diet during that time.

Currently his diet includes whole grains, fresh fruit, and vegetables.

From pillar skips, to squats Lionel Messi does a set of exercises to keep himself fit.

Messi exercises 5 times a week and gives sufficient time to his body to heal.

His post workout activity includes jogging for 5-10 mins.
