What your favourite sleeping position reveals about you

Personality tests are simple, fun and engaging tests that claim to reveal a person's true nature based on the answers they give to a few questions or the picture they select first. These are psychology-based tests, and as the name suggets, they can help decode a person's true nature and hidden emotions in a just a few seconds.
For instance, this particular test was shared by Marina Neuralean on Instagram and it is based on a picture of different sleeping positions. Depending on which sleeping position is one's favourite (from the ones shown in the image above), Marina says that a lot can be understood about a person's true personality and emotional state. To take this test, simply relax and pick your favourite sleeping position from the picture shown above. Now, read what it reveals about you below:

Position A: On Your Back (arms by your sides or outstretched)

"Your brain feels safe. You tend toward confidence, openness, and optimism—you know how to accept life as it is without trying to control everything. This position is often seen in people who trust themselves and others," Marina shared in her post.

3/6

Position B: Fetal (curled up)

"If you sleep with your knees drawn to your chest, your nervous system is signaling a need for protection. This is a normal response to inner tension or anxiety—your brain is seeking comfort and safety. This is the most common sleep position, especially among women, and it speaks to sensitivity and a need for emotional closeness," her post further read.

4/6

Position C: On Your Stomach (hands under pillow or outstretched)

"You're a person of action. This position is linked to sociability, openness to new experiences, and a desire to control situations. But it can also point to sensitivity to criticism and an inner need to protect your boundaries," the post read.

5/6

Position D: On Your Side (arms stretched forward or along your body)

"Your brain balances between openness and caution. People who sleep on their side with arms extended tend to be friendly, but they carefully choose whom to trust. You make decisions thoughtfully and rarely change your mind," it was shared in the post.
