Jennifer Aniston, well known for her role as Rachel Green on the television sitcom Friends, is a constant advocate of yoga who frequently includes it in her fitness routine.

“I was crying through the moves; you feel like you're having a therapy session. Yoga helps prepare you for everything. It is like meditation,” she said.
The star has been training with yoga and wellness instructor Mandy Ingber, who happens to be an actress as well. She is one of Aniston's closest friends.

She has been doing yoga since 2005, as she told People.
Her yoga routine involves doing Spin-yoga, which couples 30 minutes of spinning with 30 minutes of yoga.
Aniston is one of Hollywood's highest-paid actresses and has starred in films like Office Space, Bruce Almighty, The Break-Up, Marley & Me, and Just Go with It.

Academy Award winner Matthew McConaughey loves to stay flexible and fit through yoga. He has been practising Bikram yoga, which has helped him in his holistic journey.
The Interstellar actor grew up in Texas, where temperatures often ranged around 35°C.
This made him more inclined towards Bikram yoga, as it is practiced indoors in rooms where the temperature is 35°C or higher and where sessions last 90 minutes.

In 2022, the actor had a conversation with Sadh guru in which they discussed how yoga is a technology that inherently means "union".

Madonna, the versatile songwriter and actress, has promoted yoga in many of her interviews, saying, “I don't workout anymore. I do yoga. Yoga is so simple; it is much better than working out.”


Madonna has long embraced Ashtanga yoga, which has helped her become strong from within.

Speaking about yoga, she said, “One can sit in a lotus position and still do yoga. You can walk on a beach and start doing yoga; it starts with your state of mind.”

For her, it is more than a fitness routine that requires rules and regulations. According to her, yoga is a meditative process that she enjoys deeply and finds spiritually enriching. The mother of four associates yoga with her daily cardio-driven workout sessions.

The pop icon has had a shining career, with eighteen multi-platinum albums globally, including Like a Virgin, True Blue, The Immaculate Collection, and many more.

The American songwriter, well known for her flamboyant costumes, has frequently spoken about practising yoga, particularly hot yoga. She has credited the practice with helping her maintain physical fitness and cope with the demands of her profession.

In an interview with The New York Times, Lady Gaga’s teacher, Tricia Donegan, said that Gaga started taking yoga classes in 2004 while still a student at New York University.

Lady Gaga’s career is filled with successful hits such as Just Dance, Poker Face, and Bad Romance. She is one of the defining pop stars of the 21st century. Gaga has also earned acclaim as an actress. Her notable roles include A Star Is Born and House of Gucci.

The lead singer and vocalist of The Maroon, Adam Levine in 2019 in an Instagram post said that he is extremely fortunate to have discovered yoga.

"The practice is so different deeply personal for any individual that Ive been somewhat hesitant to share what it is to me. However, this time around, I thought I’d offer it up to whoever is listening. It has had such a profoundly positive impact on my life over the years. I have never been pretzel-ish or particularly flexible," he wrote. While highlighting the benefits of yoga, he offered gratitude to it.

Levine's words here highlights the fact that how essentially yoga can benefit one in their lives. In the years since, The Voice coach has talked it up on many occasions, including a chat with Men’s Journal in which he said he’d “be a mess” without yoga and working out as mentioned in People.
