She recommends including it as part of your daily fitness routine, and also shares three yoga poses that can benefit your physical, emotional and mental well-being.
Sarvangasana (Shoulder stand pose) Lie down on the mat and with the support of your hands lift your body up in the air.
Only your head, neck and shoulders should be on the floor. People with a heart ailment, pregnancy, hypertension, and a respiratory disorder should not do this asana. Also, if you have a spinal injury or cervical issue, high myopia, glaucoma, and serious eye disorder avoid doing this asana.

Parvatasana (Mountain pose)Sitting on the floor in padmasana or sukhasana, lift both the hands up in the air and join your palms. This is a great upward stretch.

Talasana (Palm tree pose) Stand with one foot distance in between your legs and raise both the hands up and hold it for a while with eyes focused at one point. Those suffering from arthritis and a frozen shoulder should be careful while doing this asana.
