From a secluded stretch comprising of forestland, this 20-km road has gone on to become a crucial link between Mumbai's Eastern and Western Express highways. At present, Ghodbunder Road or GB Road as it is called, is a hub for residential and commercial property development. From the budget-conscious to the high-end property buyers, GB road is the go-to destination for a lucrative real estate investment.
