This world really cruel world, in fact, lots of nice people live but some person is so much fake and bad that they make all the world very difficult to live in, especially when these people get higher positions in company or organization. They use their position and power to press the nice thought and good work at the same time they encourage those people whom they liked personally even they commit severe mistake also they put all those mistakes on the person whom they did not want to come up in his carrier. They will never support them because those people have not come in their radius of good work from their personal thoughts.
This is very dangerous for the organization, since if these kinds of people live in an organization the growth is very difficult because they create such an atmosphere in which normal and simple person can never be able to survive.
So let’s pledge from the almighty that instead of taking Good and generous persons, kindly take this fake and untruthful person who are real villain of the society and organization. So that every individual who really honest towards their duty can live in this organization and society and make the world beautiful……
That’s the real punishment for the fake and untruthful Manager……
