London's Billionaire Street: 5 most expensive real estate addresses attracting the world's wealthiest buyers

And they say London is not for weak pockets for a reason! World’s one of the costliest cities to live in, the English city has long enjoyed the status of the most prestigious real estate markets. It has been attracting billionaires, royalty, international investors and developers for a long time now. While the city is currently experiencing a period of price adjustment in its prime residential sector, demand for trophy properties on London's most exclusive streets remains remarkably high. For wealthy buyers and developers, owning property here is more about prestige, privacy and security, among others.

Globally acknowledged as Britain's Billionaires' Row, Kensington Palace Gardens is among the most exclusive residential streets in the city. It is because the street is beside Kensington Palace and protected by high-level private security. The avenue is home to embassies, royal residences, and expensive private mansions. As per recent data, the average value of a property on Kensington Palace Gardens stands at approximately £35.9 million, making it the most expensive street in Britain.

Grosvenor Place

This is London's new leader! Grosvenor Place emerged as London's most expensive residential address in recent rankings. The street is between Belgravia and Hyde Park Corner. Buckingham Palace and some luxury hotels are also close by adding value to the region. Recent estimates suggest average home values on Grosvenor Place exceed £28 million.

Grosvenor Crescent

Another most prominent luxury address is Grosvenor Crescent in Belgravia which is largely managed by the historic Grosvenor Estate. The area is noted for its grand stucco-fronted buildings. As per market reports, estimate average property values at around £16.5 million to £28 million. But for developers, opportunities here are rare here.

Mayfair's Prestigious Squares

Then comes Mayfair. Places around Grosvenor Square are home to wealthy people. The area enjoys proximity to luxury retail and fine dining. Recent data shows that properties in and around this region reach tens of millions of pounds. Developers are particularly attracted to Mayfair because of its strong international brand.

The Bishops Avenue

It is among the most favorite regions for developers because of its large land parcels. The homes here are ultra-luxurious commanding prices in the tens of millions of pounds.
