The #MeToo movement: Farhan Akhtar says he doesn’t know how but Sajid Khan will have to find a way to atone for his alleged actions

Recently, the ‘Houseful’ director Sajid Khan has been accused not by one but many women for harassing them sexually. One of Sajid Khan’s close friends Farhan Akhtar took it to Twitter to share his disappointment on the issue.

Bollywood’s #MeToo movement has brought a lot of shocking names both of alleged victims and perpetrators. Recently, the ‘Houseful’ director Sajid Khan has been accused not by one but many women for harassing them sexually. A female journalist has posted allegations on him for passing lewd comments and making her feel uncomfortable during an interview.
Sharing his disappointment on the same, one of Sajid Khan’s close friends Farhan Akhtar took it to Twitter and wrote: “I cannot adequately stress how shocked, disappointed and heartbroken I am to read the stories about Sajid’s behaviour.

I don’t know how but he will have to find a way to atone for his alleged actions.”

Recently, Akshay Kumar stepped down from ‘Housefull 4’ and asked the producer also to stop the same. Sajid himself said that unless his ‘truth’ is proven, he takes a step back from the direction of the movie.
