'Dhurandhar Showed Demonetization, Didn’t Praise It': A Ranganathan Slams Film Critics Over Meltdown

Anand Ranganathan, who remains a critic of demonetisation, argues that the Ranveer Singh starrer Dhurandhar 2 did not 'cushion' the move. He argues that the movie never glorifies demonetisation, never praises Modi for it, and never claims it succeeded. 'Dhurandhar simply uses the logical argument that removing counterfeit currency from the market was one of the possible aims of the Modi Govt's move,' he says.
