An Indian worker has been killed and three others injured in a drone strike in Russia’s Moscow region amid the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war. According to the Indian Embassy in Russia, the attack took place during a large wave of overnight drone strikes targeting multiple locations around Moscow. The Russian Embassy said it mourns the loss and extended condolences to the family of the deceased while reporting widespread damage and casualties in the region. Russian authorities claimed more than 120 drones were intercepted within 24 hours, with strikes impacting residential areas, Moscow’s oil refinery, and airport operations. The Indian Embassy is coordinating assistance for the injured workers and the family of the victim.
