Kerala BJP President Rajeev Chandrasekhar on Sunday expressed serious concern over the ongoing unrest in Bangladesh, alleging targeted violence against Hindus and other minorities. He said Bangladesh, which functioned as an orderly democracy until recently, has now become unsafe for non-Muslims. Chandrasekhar blamed Jamaat-e-Islami for spearheading the violence and said lynching of minorities is unacceptable, adding that strong action should be considered to address the situation.
